All paid programs offered by Brightherb include a 30-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will issue a full refund.
To request a refund, contact us at info@brightherb.world with your order details and reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once approved.
Refunds are available for digital programs (Routine Builder Program, Guidance Sessions) within 30 days of purchase. One-time sessions cannot be refunded if already completed.
We will refund your payment to the original payment method. If refund eligibility is unclear, we will contact you to discuss and reach a fair resolution.
Free content (quiz, guides) cannot be refunded. Completed consultation sessions are non-refundable if services were rendered as requested.
If we offer subscription services, you may cancel anytime. Your access will be terminated at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial months are not available.
